The History
... for over 50 years. The Sovereign has graced wedding couples with its stunning architecture and graceful interiors. It has hosted thousands of wedding receptions for the people of Melbourne since 1956.
The Sovereign was totally re-developed into a boutique venue in July 1997 and has rapidly gained a prestigious reputation for providing guests with tantalising meals & exemplary service.
It is now owned and operated under the strict guidance of Chris Mandritis who has over 23 years of Function & Event experience. The Sovereign is continuing to set high standards in the wedding & event industry.
